TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All functions operate for 2.5hrs (unless prior arrangements have been made – NB: extra time charges will apply). Pack-in/set-up and pack-out time is included in price.
- Where possible Las Vegas Functions will ensure pack-in and set-up occurs prior to guests arriving.
- All quotes are inclusive of casino staff, equipment, and travel (unless quoted separately).
- Prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
- Whilst every effort is made to supply the requested games, game types are at the discretion of Las Vegas Functions Ltd due to staffing availability. All casino functions are guaranteed to have Roulette and Blackjack tables (unless requested otherwise). Fundraiser table types are at the discretion of Las Vegas Functions Ltd.
All bookings must complete an online booking form, if you haven’t received the link for this form please email us to get it. - Once a function is booked an invoice will always be sent to confirm booking and request deposit (unless you request invoice for full amount) NO INVOICE MEANS NO BOOKING, so please contact us if you do not receive invoice after confirming booking (allow 7 days from when you complete the online form).
- A member of Las Vegas Functions staff (usually the Manager running your function) will contact you by phone in the week before the function to double check timings etc. Please email Debbie if you do not hear from anyone 48 hours before the function.
- If a deposit invoice is not paid, Las Vegas Functions Ltd reserve the right to not supply the entertainment. Deposits invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt to secure your booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Should you “the Client” default on payment of any invoice, Las Vegas Functions Ltd reserves the right to use the services of a Debt Collection Agency and all costs related to this service will be at “The Client’s” expense.
- DEPOSIT: A non-refundable advance deposit of 50% of total price is required to secure the services as agreed upon.
CANCELLATION
should you choose to cancel:
- We do not refund deposits BUT:
If you give more than 7 days notice we will allow you to use the deposit for an identical sized event or larger within 6 months of cancellation. The date of new booking must fall within the 6 month period from the date of the original booking and the booking must be made no later than 10 months after cancellation date. Additional pricing or discounts may be applicable depending on the date you choose. NB: November/December are our busiest months and therefore the highest price.
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to use the deposit for another booking (this will be at the descretion of Las Vegas Functions).
Should you not re-book within 10 months you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations must be notified immediately by phone and by email (emails may not be read on Fri-Sun’s so please give us the courtesy of a phone call).
