Terms & Conditions

  1. All functions operate for 2.5hrs (unless prior arrangements have been made – NB: extra time charges will apply). Pack-in/set-up and pack-out time is included in price.
  2. Where possible Las Vegas Functions will ensure pack-in and set-up occurs prior to guests arriving.
  3. All quotes are inclusive of casino staff, equipment, and travel (unless quoted separately).
  4. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
  5. Whilst every effort is made to supply the requested games, game types are at the discretion of Las Vegas Functions Ltd due to staffing availability. All casino functions are guaranteed to have Roulette and Blackjack tables (unless requested otherwise).  Fundraiser table types are at the discretion of Las Vegas Functions Ltd. 
  6. All bookings must complete an online booking form, if you haven’t received the link for this form please email us to get it.
  7. Once a function is booked an invoice will always be sent to confirm booking and request deposit (unless you request invoice for full amount) NO INVOICE MEANS NO BOOKING, so please contact us if you do not receive invoice after confirming booking (allow 7 days from when you complete the online form). 
  8. A member of Las Vegas Functions staff (usually the Manager running your function) will contact you by phone in the week before the function to double check timings etc. Please email Debbie if you do not hear from anyone 48 hours before the function.
  9. If a deposit invoice is not paid, Las Vegas Functions Ltd reserve the right to not supply the entertainment. Deposits invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt to secure your booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
  10. Should you "the Client" default on payment of any invoice, Las Vegas Functions Ltd reserves the right to use the services of a Debt Collection Agency and all costs related to this service will be at "The Client's" expense.
  11. DEPOSIT: A non-refundable advance deposit of 50% of total price is required to secure the services as agreed upon.   

CANCELLATION: should you choose to cancel: 

  • ​We do not refund deposits BUT:
  • If you give more than 7 days notice we will allow you to use the deposit for an identical sized event or larger within 12 months of cancellation. The date of new booking must fall within the 12 month period from the date of the original booking and the booking must be made no later than 10 months after cancellation date. Additional pricing or discounts may be applicable depending on the date you choose.  NB: November/December are our busiest months and therefore the highest price.
  • If you cancel with less than 7 days notice you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to use the deposit for another booking (this will be at the descretion of Las Vegas Functions).
  • Should you not re-book within 10 months you will forfeit your deposit.
  • Cancellations must be notified immediately by phone and by email (emails may not be read on Fri-Sun's so please give us the courtesy of a phone call).

    Thanks for the great job of providing the casino tables and croupiers  – everything was lovely and we have a happy client.
    The staff were great - there manner and interaction with everyone added to the nights success.
    Although I have used you many times before it was the first time I had played and having experienced it first-hand am now keen to sell the concept to some clients.
    You will be hearing from me again – oh and thanks for the recommendation of the venue…it was brilliant and Roy is so easy to work with.

    Just to let you know we had a fantastic evening on Friday night. Everyone I have spoken to have commented on what a good evening it was.  A BIG BIG thank you to Henry and his team – they did an amazing job. Henry is really lovely and so easy to deal with. We also really liked Andrew because we spent most of the night at his Blackjack table J  I cant comment on any of the other dealers because I didn’t play at their tables but I have heard that they were amazing.  Sandra, SecureCom Ltd

     

  • RCP - Auckland - Team Event

    We would like to thank you and your team for Friday night’s event. We all had a fantastic time and were very impressed with the way the event worked. The format of the night was a team event, we had 5 teams with 5-6 people in each team. It was a competition to see which team could accumulate the most money by the end of the night. We found this worked well in comparison to how individual’s would play as we all swapped money and helped each other out, found out who was good at each game and had other people to back us up in each of the games.

    We were very impressed with the way the team event worked and it was a good team building exercise as well as being a fun night.

  • GTS Social Club (Auckland)

    I attended a function run by Las Vegas Functions at the Novotel Hotel on Friday 11th July as part of the GTS social club. I felt compelled to write to you this morning and let you know that the staff are still talking this morning about how much fun they had. Your staff ran the room beautifully with a sense of fun and excitement. All attendees felt secure about trying games they had never tried before and enthusiastically moved around the room. In particular I would like to single out Thomas who not only set the room up for us but was most definitely the start croupier of the night. He was almost entertainment all by himself!

    I would like to thank you and your staff for providing a wonderful evening and let you know that I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your company to others.
